New You 2011: Week 5

 
 
Week 5

I was sick last week and also taking care of two very sick little girls,
so I wasn't able to share my progress!
Actually being sick was a benefit for my weight loss.
I didn't eat much, not because I wasn't hungry.. on the contrary.
I didn't eat because time just didn't allow!
Olivia was extra needy and Lillian (my very independent toddler) was clingy too!
 
This week has been a challenge!
The kiddos are feeling much better and so am I..
and my appetite seems to want to catch up for lost time!
I have given in and ate out a few times but tried to restrict myself on
what exactly I eat!

But good news.. I am a LOSER.
Yeah. you heard me!
I lost!

My initial weight was 221.
This week I weigh 214
 
WOOHOO
I have lost 7lbs so far!
I still have a goal of 150 by the end of the year
but my short term goal is to get under 200!
Not much further to reach that goal!
